So i finally decided to cook out of one of my cookbooks that I received for Christmas (I got 3, I think my parents are trying to tell me something...). Campbell's 1-2-3 Dinner, a v
ariety of quick and easy meals. Today I cooked a "Beef Taco Skillet," but I switched the ground beef with turkey since I still don't eat beef if I have to. It turned out alright, not extraordinary, but it was my first time making it, and I didn't feel like going to the community center to use the stove, so I made it all in the microwave. It didn't look as pretty as the picture, but hardly anything ever does! I also used habenero picante instead of regular, it was a bit hot, but that's how I like it!
