summer come quicker...

Obviously I haven't had much time to keep up with my blog, school is vicious at the moment. While its vicious some of it is starting to get interesting and the rest just annoying. In my design class, we're starting to program boards and see what all the coding does. The other two classes are the busy work I don't enjoy. But the frustration paid off in my math class, I made a 85 on my last test, over material I was stressed out about for weeks.

This weekend is Aunt Bethany's wedding in Brownwood, so now I must do some work before leaving for the weekend.

As for the Astros, they just broke the .500 mark, they are now 8-6, thanks to the help of the "bench players." This season is going to be a good season for Luke Scott and Jason Lane, as long as they continue to do what they're doing now. The new guy, Carlos Lee, has definately proved himself, 3 home runs in 1 game, including a grand slam. Now if Lance Berkman can get going, then the only problem the Astros are going to have is pitching, which they already took a step in the right direction by removing Brad Lidge from the closer position.

Quote of the Day:
Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome.
